Between Dayton and the Future; Should the pro-Bosnian forces demand the abolition of the entity?

Three decades after Dayton, Bosnia and Herzegovina remains faced with continuous challenges to its statehood and functionality. While secessionist and ethno-territorial policies offer clear political goals, the question is whether it is time for pro-Bosnian forces to articulate their own vision of constitutional transformation of the state.
